18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for non-specific neck pain; (2) The pain visualization score ranges from 3 to 8 points; (3) Age range from 18 to 65 years old; (4) Body mass index less than 35 (BMI=kg/m2); (5)Subjects who signed an informed consent form and am able to adhere to the planned course of treatment, and cooperate with the researchers of this project; (6) Subjects who can use their mobile phones and WeChat to fill out questionnaires and are able to read and understand the questionnaires;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Fear of needles; (2) A history of spinal surgery; (3) Known or suspected serious spinal pathology (fractures, tumors, rheumatoid arthritisinfectious diseases, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal degeneration with nerve root or cauda equina nerve damage); (4) accompanied with serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; (5) Pregnancy; and (6) Coagulation abnormality(7)Currently undergoing physical therapy
