Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age between 18 and 65 years old; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary nodules in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules (2018 edition)"; ? Recent chest CT examination shows nodules located in the outer one-third of the lung, with a diameter between 8 and 30mm, meeting the indications for surgery, and eligible for thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary nodules; ? Complete clinical data and willing to follow up; ? Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, moderate to severe pleural effusion, acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, severe pneumonia, and unable to undergo surgery; ? Patients with heart failure (NYHA III-IV); ? Patients with visual impairment or impaired limb movement who cannot cooperate with the tests; ? Patients with cognitive impairment who cannot participate in the study; ? Participants who withdraw from the study midway.
