18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Definite diagnosis of spinal infection; 2.Presence of purulent abscesses; 3.Existence of osteonecrosis; 4.Planned to undergo debridement and drainage surgery; 5.Voluntarily enrolled in a clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not meeting the surgical indications for debridement and drainage surgery. 2.Conservative treatment with antibiotics. 3.Unclear diagnosis or concomitant presence of other infectious or neoplastic diseases.
