18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-70 years old; (2) Body mass index between 18 and 30 kg/m2 (3) american society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to II; ?Mallampati was classified into ?~? grades; (5) Various auxiliary examinations have been improved before surgery, and there is no obvious contraindication of elective surgery anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe hypertension or diabetes or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2 Used sedative drugs, antiemetic drugs, antipruritic drugs 24 h before surgery, or used monoamine oxidase inhibitors or antidepressants within 15 days before surgery; ? People with chronic pain who use analgesics, psychotropic drugs and alcohol for a long time; History of liver surgery, renal or liver insufficiency, history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding tendency; ? History of opioid allergy; ? Complicated with tumor, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Diseases associated with abnormal airway management of the upper respiratory tract, respiratory insufficiency, or sleep apnea that may cause dyspnea.
