Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery; Age ranged from 40 to 70years; ASA:? or ? BMI 28.5~30 kg /m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refused to participate; preoperative history of pulmonary disease; cardiac function grade above; preoperative oxygen saturation 90%
