20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy; 2. Aged between 20 to 40 years old; 3.Residing in the urban area of Hefei during pregnancy; 4. Able to clearly answer questionnaire questions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having mental disorders such as depression; 2.Conceived through assisted reproductive techniques; 3. Having pre-existing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, or systemic lupus erythematosus before pregnancy; 4. Exhibiting serious liver or kidney diseases during follow-up; 5. Being in an acute inflammatory phase during follow-up; 6. Having used antibiotics during follow-up; 7. For the GDM exposure group, exclude those who took hypoglycemic drugs during the follow-up; For the healthy control group, exclude those with pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, hypertension, cholestasis, etc.)
