Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria and clinical classification of diabetes in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition); (2) The patient has clear consciousness, no language communication barriers, high credibility in answering questions, and can actively cooperate with the evaluation content required by this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Neuropathy caused by other causes, such as cervical and lumbar spine lesions (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degenerative changes), cerebral infarction, Guillain-Barre syndrome; (2) Severe arteriovenous vascular diseases (venous embolism, lymphangitis), etc.; (3) Neurotoxic effects caused by chemotherapy drugs and damage to nerves caused by metabolic poisons caused by renal insufficiency; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with mental illness; (6) Patients who cannot cooperate with DPN physical examination; (7) Patients can not cooperate or researchers think it is not suitable to participate.
