Experimental group:Cuff pressure was continuously monitored using a continuous cuff pressure monitor
Control group:Cuff pressure was monitored manually every 8h using a manual manometer

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old 2) Critically ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation 3) Expected mechanical ventilation time =48h 4) Obtain informed consent from patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with tracheotomy 2) Patients with nasal tracheal intubation 3) Patients with contraindicated semi-decubitus position 4) Prone ventilation patients 5) Patients with secondary intubation 6) Patients who had been mechanically ventilated for more than 48 hours before department admission
