18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (30 cases): 1) Age 18-80 years; 2) Coronary angiography, left main coronary artery stenosis = 30%, or at least one of the other 3 coronary arteries stenosis = 50%; 3) cTn changes dynamically and exceeds the 99% reference upper limit at least once, and has at least one of the following clinical evidences of acute myocardial ischemia: ? symptoms of acute myocardial ischemia, ? new ischemic ECG changes, ? cases of Q wave Formation, ? imaging evidence shows new loss of viable myocardium or regional wall motion abnormality consistent with ischemic etiology, ? coronary angiography, intracoronary imaging examination to confirm coronary thrombosis. Health control (30 cases): healthy people, or people who have no previous history of coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or who have undergone coronary CT or angiography, and no obvious coronary stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy: hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Pregnant women and those planning pregnancy; 4. Having a malignant tumor; 5. Patients do not willing to participate.
