Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited; 2. Clinical and laboratory diagnosis consistent with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis; 3. Patients with initial onset or relapse; 4. Moderate to severe patients: SCORAD=25; 5. The patient voluntarily participates in the trial, signs the informed consent form, and agrees to visit in time during the trial in accordance with the requirements of the investigator.
