Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age ranges from 3 to 14 years old, regardless of sex. ?The diagnosis of cough variant asthma is evaluated by pediatric specialists, according to the guidelines for the diagnosis, Prevention and treatment of bronchial Asthma in Children 2016: a. Cough lasted for more than 4 weeks, often occurred or aggravated during exercise, night and / or early morning, mainly dry cough, not accompanied by wheezing. b. Clinically, there were no signs of infection or ineffective treatment with antibiotics for a long time. c. Diagnostic treatment of anti-asthma drugs is effective; chronic cough caused by other causes is excluded; d. Positive bronchial provocation test and / or diurnal variation rate of PEF (continuous monitoring for 2 weeks) = 13%. e.Personal or first-or second-degree relatives history of allergic disease, or allergen test positive. ? the diagnosis of typical asthma is made by specialists in combination with the 2016 Edition of guidelines for the diagnosis, Prevention and treatment of bronchial Asthma in Children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Hepatitis B, tuberculosis and other chronic infections, malnutrition, craniofacial deformities, thoracic deformities, and genetic syndromes; ? Suffering from other chronic lung diseases, such as bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary interstitial disease, etc.; ? Wheezing caused by other reasons (such as bronchopulmonary dysplasia, primary ciliary dyskinesia, congenital airway malformations, mechanical obstruction, heart disease, neuromuscular abnormalities, etc.) or combined with primary immunodeficiency diseases; ? Complicated with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases;
