18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Young group (aged 18~40 years), Elderly group (aged = 65 years) ? ASA I–II, patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia ? There are no significant abnormalities in the functions of the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys ? Not taking opioids or sedative hypnotic drugs for a long time ? No history of mental and nervous system disease ? No hearing impairment ? Right-handed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Abuse of drugs or alcohol ? Severe Obesity (BMI > 30kg m-2) ? Preoperative MMSE score < 24 ? Preoperative administration of sedative drugs ? Allergy to propofol
