18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients who met the gout classification criteria and the diagnosis of chronic gout arthritis; 2) in accordance with the diagnosis of spleen deficiency, damp heat and phlegm turbidity and blood stasis; 3) Male and female aged from 18 to 65 years old; 4) no medications that could interfere with study observations during the 15 days before enrollment; 5) Patients informed and consented to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe joint deformity and multiple tophi with local ulceration; 2) severe organ lesions or mental disorders; 3) allergy to or contraindication to the drugs involved in the study protocol; 4) pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 5) those who were deemed by the investigator to be ineligible for enrollment in the trial.
