Vitamin D supplementation group:During routine letrozole +uFSH ovulation stimulation, 4000IU of vitamin D is taken orally daily

21 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.the age of female partners were between 21~38 years old; 2. The cause of infertility in both spouses was diagnosed as ovulation disorder related to the woman's PCOS; 3. Previous ovulation induction treatment =2 cycles; 4. BMI=18.5, < 24; 5. Vitamin D deficiency (serum vitamin D less than 20ng/ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, non-PCOS ovulation disorders or infertility caused by other factors; 2. Patients who have used oral contraceptives, metformin, inositol, n-acetylcysteine and other drugs in the past three months; 3, there are uterine malformations, uterine adhesions, submucous myoma and other conditions; 4. Patients with medical and surgical diseases complicated by pregnancy or drug treatment, including but not limited to uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, autoimmune disease, etc.
