Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The definition, diagnosis and classification criteria of cerebral palsy in China Rehabilitation Guidelines for Cerebral palsy (2022). ? Age > 6 years old, gender is not limited. ? GMFCS (gross motor function classification system) is class IV to V. ?Translateral plain radiographs of the hip joints showed that MP < 33%; ? The DQ(development quotient) value of children's neuropsychological development diagnostic Scale (DQ) is =25, and the fourth edition of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (Chinese version) scores IQ < 69. ? Voluntarily participate in the study, and signed by their own or legal representative informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Uncontrolled epilepsy; ? With severe bone problems such as scoliosis Cobb > 40°, hip displacement MP > 33%; ? Congenital metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases, infectious and infectious diseases; Combined with potentially life-threatening diseases of various organ systems; ? Those who were not considered suitable for inclusion by the researchers.
