18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18-80, regardless of gender. 2. Diagnosed with colorectal laterally spreading tumor (LST) through colonoscopy. 3. Lesion diameter measured under endoscopy falls between 2-3.5cm. 4. Capable of randomization within 24 hours of admission. 5. The subject themselves or a legal representative can sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy. 2. Lesions with a stalk. 3. Residual lesions post-endoscopic resection. 4. Familial polyposis syndrome. 5. Lesions in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. 6. Lesions suspected of deep submucosal infiltration based on gross appearance/Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) endoscopic findings. 7. Presence of severe organic diseases or contraindications to endoscopic treatment. 8. Unwillingness to sign a written informed consent form.
