Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Han • Aged between 19 and 35 • BMI = 25kg/m2 • Daily meal intake duration exceeding 12 hours • Capable of providing independent informed consent • No participation in any weight loss programs of any kind in the past year, and weight variation within 10% of current weight • No participation in any surgical procedures of any kind in the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Pregnant or lactating individuals • Individuals with eating disorders or a history of eating disorders • Thyroid disorders • Metabolic syndrome (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) • Shift workers with irregular day and night schedules • Individuals with sleep disorders or a history of sleep disorders • Those taking medications unsuitable for inclusion in the study • Individuals with other conditions not suitable for inclusion in the study
