Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? conform to the diagnosis of huge lumbar disc herniation and the imaging manifestations are consistent with the clinical signs and symptoms; (the imaging manifestations are mainly those with well-developed vertebral canal, the protrusion occupies more than 50% of the sagittal diameter of the vertebral canal, or the nucleus pulposus prolapses backward and downward for more than half of the inferior concha and the protrusion is not calcified) ? Collagenase lysis and laminectomy are performed; ? Single-segment herniation without previous lumbar disc herniation in other segments; ? Patients whose LDH herniated segments are L3/4, L4/5, L5/S1; ? All surgical patients were completed by the same operator according to the standard procedure of surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ?History of severe psychiatric disorders, including major depression, schizophrenia, etc. ? Combined lumbar spine infection, ankylosing spondylitis or spinal tumor. ?Patients with combined serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as patients with acute diseases, infectious diseases and malignant tumors. ?Patients with cognitive impairment or personality disorder. ?Inadequate clinical information.
