Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : 1. meeting the diagnosis of ' Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy ( 2020 ) ', first hypertension after 20 weeks of pregnancy, systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure 90 mmHg ; 2. singleton ; 3. 20-31 + 6 gestational weeks ; 4. with complete cognitive and behavioral ability, good communication and expression ability ; 5. Informed consent, volunteered to participate in the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : 1. severe heart, liver, lung and kidney injury ; 2. chronic hypertension with pregnancy ; 3. age < 18 years old ; 4. pregnant women with acute pregnancy complications ; 5 pregnant women with mental, cognitive or psychological diseases ; 6. with gestational diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy.
