Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the indications for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 2) Preconditioning of drugs that are prone to oral mucositis and upper gastrointestinal damage, including but not limited to the use of drugs such as melphalan, mefaram, cetopide, and methotrexate. 3) Patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 4) The patient's family member signs an informed consent form for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Merge severe underlying diseases; 2) Severe active infection before transplantation; 3) Have a history of oral mucositis; 4) Suffering from mental illness; 5) According to the judgment of the researchers, the patient has other unsuitable enrollment situations.
