diabetic group:During the operation, the rSO2 values of diabetic patients were continuously monitored without targeted intervention.
non-diabetic group:During the operation, the rSO2 values of non-diabetic patients were continuously monitored without targeted intervention.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for major non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age > 18 years; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for brain surgery; 2. Preoperative MMSE score < 24; 3. Combined with neurological impairment or psychotic disorders; 4. Long-term use of sedatives or antipsychotics; 5. Alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Communication disorder; 7. Participating in other clinical investigators within 3 months.
