Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 40-75 years. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II-III. Elective radical mastectomy for breast cancer under general anesthesia. Receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery. Able to voluntarily cooperate with this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative coexisting acute coronary syndrome or heart failure. Pre-operative coexistence of severe respiratory diseases and abnormalities of liver and kidney functions. Pre-operative coexisting mental and neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, etc. Body Mass Index (BMI) =18kg/m^2 or =30kg/m^2; Those with preoperative complications of severe infections that have been maintained with norepinephrine. Those with poorly controlled preoperative hypertension (systolic blood pressure = 180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure = 110 mmHg). Emergency surgery.
