18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years old; Sepsis diagnosis criteria: infection + sequentialorgan failure assessment (SOFA)=2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Breastfeeding or pregnant ; History of heart disease (coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, arrhythmia), acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, cardiothoracic surgery, chest compressions, defibrillation, cardioversion disease; Cardiac ultrasound indicates moderate to severe mitral and/or aortic valve disease or abnormal regional myocardial wall movement (indicating regional ischemia or previous myocardial infarction); Poor quality cardiac ultrasound due to patient uncooperation or lack of surgical technique.
