40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III grade; 2. Age 40-90 years old; 3. Elective general anesthesia for microvascular decompression; 4. signed informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the informed consent; 2. There are contraindications of nerve block: neck skin damage, infection; Abnormal coagulation function; Local anesthetic allergy; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with recurrence or history of neck surgery; 5. Those who cannot cooperate for any reason: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.; 6. Unable to understand the content of the scale;
