Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) age =18 years old (2) the main operation was pancreaticoduodenectomy; (3) postoperative pancreatic leakage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) intra-abdominal hemorrhage within 24 hours after surgery; (2) only gastrointestinal bleeding occurred after operation, such as gastrointestinal ulcer and anastomotic bleeding (3) patients complicated with cardio-cerebrovascular accident or pulmonary embolism after operation. (4) lack of postoperative imaging examination or missing more than 50% of the included indicators.
