Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The subjects voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent form; ? Patients aged 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; ? Patients with missing dentition who need implant implantation; No systemic disease can withstand implant surgery; ? The alveolar fossa in the implant site area healed well, or more than 3 months after tooth extraction; ? There is enough bone height and width in the implant site area for implant implantation; ? Healthy keratinized gingiva with sufficient width in the planting area; ? There is no obvious inflammation or lesion in oral mucosa and soft tissue;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Local alveolar bone has pathological changes; Oral mucosal lesions; Serious soft tissue lesions in the edentulous area; Limited mouth opening; The bone mass and bone density in the edentulous area are not ideal and difficult to change; ? Heart disease (grade II and above heart function disease); Abnormal liver and kidney functions (alt, AST > 1.5 times the normal value; poor blood glucose control in patients with diabetes, fasting blood glucose > 8.8mmol/l;) Coagulation time is greater than twice the normal range; ? Systemic infection or acute or severe infection, leukocyte count > 10 × 10^9/l; ? Use drugs that may affect the healing of soft and hard tissues, such as long-term use of sedative hypnotics (continuous use for more than 3 months), long-term use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or adrenocortical hormones (continuous use for more than 3 months), and patients who have received drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism within or nearly 3 months; ? Patients with blood system diseases and uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases (hypertension > 180/100mmhg, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc.); ? Systemic or local bone diseases are considered as contraindications of implant repair, such as bone tuberculosis, osteoinflammation, bone tumor, etc; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? People with systemic immune diseases; ? Suffering from serious epilepsy or mental disease or mental disorder; ? People who are allergic to metal materials
