Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elderly patients (aged =60 years) undergoing elective knee/hip replacement; 2) ASA ?-? level; 3) Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-28kg/?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient refused to participate in the study; 2) Patients with significantly elevated blood pressure that poses a serious risk (pheochromocytoma); 3) Allergic or contraindicated to the investigational drug; 4) A history of neurological or psychiatric diseases or inability to communicate; 5:) Patients who could not extubation and enter ICU after surgery
