Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stable CHD patients with prethrombotic state : ? met the diagnostic criteria of stable coronary artery disease (who have been confirmed to have at least one stenosis more than 50% inner diameter of coronary artery via coronary angiogram); ?maximum platelet aggregation rate (MPAR)>65%, nailfold microcirculation score =4, and coronary heart disease blood-stasis syndrome score =19 ? patients who aged 18 to 70; ? patients who are well- informed and sign the informed consent. (2) Stable CHD patients without prethrombotic state: ? met the diagnostic criteria of stable coronary artery disease (who have been confirmed to have at least one stenosis more than 50% inner diameter of coronary artery via coronary angiogram); ? 18= age =70 years old; ? Maximum platelet aggregation rate < 65%, nailfold microcirculation score < 4, and coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome score < 19; ? patients who are well- informed and sign the informed consent. (3)Acute myocardial infarction patients ? met the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction (who have been confirmed to have at least one stenosis more than 50% inner diameter of coronary artery via coronary angiogram); ? 18= age =70 years old; ? patients who are well- informed and sign the informed consent. (4) healthy volunteers: ? 18= age =70 years old; ? no major physical diseases (heart, liver, kidney, brain and other important organ diseases) and medical history, no major infectious diseases or exposure to infectious diseases, no history of mental disease and family history; ? The physical examination and laboratory examination (blood and urine routine, blood biochemistry, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray) showed no abnormality or abnormality but no clinical significance; ? patients who are well- informed and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Stable CHD patients with prethrombotic state : ?Congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart failure and other organic heart diseases; ?severe liver and kidney dysfunction, active rheumatoid arthritis, active tuberculosis, autoimmune disease, mental illness, malignant tumor or organ transplantation; ? the history of infection, fever, trauma, burn, or operation in the past one month; ? acute stroke within the past 6 months; ?participated in other clinical trials in the past month; ? women who are pregnant or lactating. (2) Stable CHD patients without prethrombotic state: Same as prethrombotic state of stable coronary heart disease group. (3) Acute myocardial infarction patients: Same as prethrombotic state of stable coronary heart disease group. (4) Healthy control ? The maximum platelet aggregation rate was =65%, and the nape fold microcirculation score was =4, which met the diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome; ? a history of infection, fever, trauma, or burn surgery within the past 1 month; ? taking drugs for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine) in the past 1 month; ? participated in other clinical trials in the past month; ? women who are pregnant or lactating.
