Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with dignosis of Helicobacter pylori infection based on one or more diagnositc test including urea breath test, urea rapid enzyme test, histological staining, bacterial culture, and fecal antigen test. ? Patients who underwent the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection of "minocycline containing quadruple regimen", which is defined as a quadruple drug regimen consisting of minocycline combined with another antibiotic, bismuth agent, and proton pump inhibitor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient's clinical data is incomplete; ? The patient did not review the results of Helicobacter pylori testing as planned after eradication treatment, or did not have authoritative reports or evidence to evaluate the eradication situation.
