Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Cases that meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for pulmonary nodules and require imaging follow-up observation/no surgery according to the recommended "Lung Cancer Risk Assessment and Management Strategy for Pulmonary Nodules" in the "Chinese Classification, Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Pulmonary Nodules"; ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for "deficiency of lung and spleen, mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis"; ? Age range from 25 to 74 years old, regardless of gender; ? Patients without immune deficiency; ? Volunteer to participate and be able to independently sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Imaging and/or laboratory and/or puncture biopsy examinations suggest a high possibility of malignancy, and it is recommended that the patient undergo surgical resection treatment or request pulmonary nodulectomy on their own; ? Accompanied by obstructive pneumonia, atelectasis, hilar enlargement, or pleural effusion; ? Under 25 years old or above 74 years old; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Individuals with severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases that affect their survival; Psychopaths; ? Individuals who are allergic to the investigational drug.
