Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients whose ages above 30 years old ,met the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes formulated in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition), and the medical records were complete,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with abnormal white blood cells count or C-reactive protein or acute infection; (2) hypoglycemic coma, diabetic ketoacidosis and and other acute complications of diabetes; (3) type I diabetes, gestational diabetes and some special type diabetes; (4) diabetes patients with other chronic complications; (5) dementia caused by acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, personal or family mental disease history, dementia with Lewy bodies , frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis; (5) suffering from malignant tumors, hematological system, autoimmune and other related diseases; (6) Depression patients (Hamilton Depression Scale total score>7 points) ;(7) have severe cognitive impairment that prevents participants from cooperating during the completion of the scale.
