Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Referring to China's diagnostic guidelines for osteoarthritis, we include patients with recurrent predominantly medial knee pain, knee X-ray grade III-IV, age =50 years, morning stiffness time =30 minutes, VAS score =4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We exclude patients with gout, rheumatoid arthritis and other knee diseases, knee pain caused by trauma, infectious diseases or multi-organ dysfunction, psychiatric disorders and skin infections around the knee, coagulation abnormalities, and patients with pacemakers placed in their bodies.
