Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18-65 years; ?BMI >30 kg/m2 and intended to undergo bariatric surgery with general anesthesia; ?Signing the informed consent; ?ASA classification I-III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? severe pulmonary complications . ? persistent hemodynamic instability, intractable shock (hemodynamics deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the anesthesiologist); ? severe cardiac insufficiency; ? severe hepatic or renal disease; ? inclusion in other clinical trials; ? pregnancy;
