Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who intend to undergo cardiac surgery;2. Age=18 years old;3. ASA is graded I-IV;4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refuse to participate in the research;2. Atrial fibrillation;3. Serious aortic reflux;4. Mechanical circulation support is needed before surgery;5. Preoperative aortic balloon anti-bology;6. Previous transplants or use of immunosuppressants; patients requiring surgery due to infectious endocarditis; pregnant women and lactating women; patients diagnosed with infectious diseases before surgery;7. There are TEE contraindications, such as patient rejection, active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, esophageal obstruction or stenosis, esophageal space-occupying lesions, esophageal tearing and perforation, esophageal diverticulum, esophageal hiatus hernia, congenital esophageal malformation, pharyngeal abscess, pharyngeal space-occupancy lesions;8. Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.9. Case detachment (including withdrawal and suspension);10. Doppler spleen blood flow measurement and TNF-a data are missing due to intraoperative death or other reasons.
