Control group:Perform routine anesthesia induction without any special treatment.
Experimental group:ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal muscle plane block

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery; 2)Body mass index 18~35kg/m2; 3)American Society of Anesthesiologists grades ?to ?; 4)Patients who tolerate the relevant drugs in this study; 5)Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)American Society of Anesthesiologists grades III or above; 2)Body mass index >35 kg/m2; 3)Allergies to local anesthetic drugs; 4)Mental retardation or language communication difficulties and those suffering from mental illness; 5)Patients with severe heart,brain,kidney,lung and liver function damage or other malignant tumor diseases; 6)Unable to understand the pain language rating scale; 7)Patients who declined to participate in this study; 8)Lost visitors during follow-up.
