Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients planning to undergo unilateral resection of lung lesions (wedge-shaped/segmental/lobar) under thoracoscopy; (2) Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; (3) ASA is classified as I-II (4)Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications to regional anesthesia, such as infection or damage at the puncture site, abnormal coagulation function, etc.; (2) Have a known history of local anesthetic allergy; (3) Difficult to implement nerve block, such as congenital abnormalities; (4) Uncontrolled pulmonary inflammation; (5) Patients undergoing immunotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; (6) Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; (7)Individuals with mental or neurological disorders who are unable to cooperate.
