P group:Propofol1.5-2.5mg/kg induction and 4-12 mg/kg/h maintenance

C group:Ciprofol 0.3-0.5mg/kg induction and 0.8-2.4mg/kg/h maintenance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65 =years old; ASA grade I~III; Patients planning gastrointestinal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe organ dysfunction; Poor blood pressure control (severe hypertension or hypotension); Preoperative cognitive impairment or history of mental illness, unable to cooperate; Individuals with a history of allergies to the medication used.
