Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) indication for fiberoptic bronchoscopy; (2) diagnosis of turbinate hypertrophy by an otolaryngologist.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 85 years; (2) Comorbidities such as severe respiratory failure, decompensated heart failure, and severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure (BP) > 180 mmHg or diastolic BP > 100 mmHg); (3) Requirement for general anesthesia; and (4) Refusal of consent. (5) Complete nasal obstruction.
