Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 60 to 85 years old; (2)Patients underwent prostatectomy in our hospital; (3)Patients considered debilitating using the Frail Scale scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People allergic to emulsions, remimazolam and opioids; (2) Cranial CT examination was performed to exclude organic brain injury,patients diagnosed with epilepsy, anxiety and depression or severe physical diseases,and who had previous encephalopathy; (3) Patients with drug dependence, substance abuse, or who use anticonvulsants, sedatives, and depressants in the last three months; (4)Patients with audio-visual disorders, long-term insomnia, and being unable to communicate for other reasons; (5) Patients predicted by the anesthesiologist to have or to have a difficult airway.
