Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Treatment group and control group: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in the 2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guidelines for Heart Failure Management; In line with the New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) heart function grading standards, grade II-III; ? Qi deficiency syndrome type, according to the "chronic heart failure TCM diagnosis and treatment expert consensus"; ? Age of onset: 40 years =70 years; ? The patient and/or authorized client give informed consent and sign informed consent. Healthy control group: ? No clinical symptoms, heart color Doppler ultrasound, BNP indicated no heart failure and other organic heart disease; ?Age: 40 years old =70 years old; ? The patient and/or authorized client give informed consent and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Pregnant and lactating women, as well as patients with allergic constitution and a history of mental illness; ?Patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris; Congenital heart defect; Valvular heart disease; Myocardial infarction in the past 2 months; Patients who have already installed pacemakers and implanted coronary arteries and other stents that are not suitable for MRI materials; ? Malignant tumor patients; ?Participants in other clinical trials; ? Researchers believe that patients are not suitable for inclusion.
