Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: (1) Refer to guidelines FOR the prevention AND treatment OF diabetic KIDNEY disease in China (2021 edition) and KDIGO 2023 CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINE for the Evaluation AND MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC KIDNEY disease DISEASE "diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy, patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy by a clinician. (2) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Control group: (1) healthy people matched with the case group in age and gender. (2) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: (1) patients with other primary renal diseases, renal artery stenosis and serum creatinine > 265 umol/L; (2) patients with hepatobiliary, hematological and other endocrine diseases. (3) patients who had taken intravenous or oral antibiotics in the past month. Control group: Patients who had taken intravenous or oral antibiotics in the past month.
