Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female, over 18 years old, thoracoscopic superior segmentectomy. (right lower lung or left lower lung), eighth edition UICC diagnosis of clinical stage IA1 and IA2 lung cancer patients, Performance status of 0 or 1, American Anesthesia Score (ASA) ) <4, sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative tumor diameter> 2 cm, benign lung disease requiring segmentectomy, more than one segment resection, previous lung surgery, and conversion to thoracotomy during surgery.
