Experimental group:On the basis of essential drug treatment, add "Ambroxol Hydrochloride Solution 2ml+ saline 2ml inhalation twice a day".
Placebo group:On the basis of essential drug treatment, add "inhaling saline 4ml twice a day".

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with wheezing bronchitis or wheezing pneumonia with sticky sputum symptoms 6 Months-6 years old No limitation of gender Inpatient Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to the start of this study Ambroxol preparation is being taken or was used within 3 days before the start of this test; Being taking or having used sodium cromolyn preparation within 2 weeks prior to the start of this experiment; Taking medication with a pH higher than 6.3; Patients with bronchial damage or excessive secretion; Patients with peptic ulcer; Patients with renal insufficiency; Complications with other extrapulmonary inflammatory diseases; Critical patients or those with Bronchospasm; Patients with other serious illnesses.
