Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; ? local pain VAS score = 3 points; ? age = 38 years; ? Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Local skin rupture, infection or local skin sensory disorders; ? Patients with systemic severe osteoporosis or with collagenous connective tissue disease; ? Patients with language listening and speaking disorders or unable to cooperate with doctors; ? Patients who have used glucocorticoid anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 6 months; ? Patients who have used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesic drugs, or received physiotherapy or acupuncture or acupuncture treatment related to knee osteoarthritis in the past 2 weeks; ? Patients with KELLGREN-LAWRENCE imaging grade of bone and joint were ?; ? Internal and external fixation stent after joint operation; ? high fever, advanced malignant tumor and bad fluid patients; ? Patients with cardiac pacemakers and patients with severe heart, lung, and kidney diseases; ? Other patients whom the researchers deem unsuitable for the study.
