Interventions

Edaravone dexborneol: edaravone dexborneol intravenous infusion of 37.5 mg/dose (edaravone, 30 mg
(+)-borneol, 7.5 mg), once every 12 hours, and the treatment continued for 14 days.
Edaravone :the same treatment excluding (+)-borneol.

35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 35–80years, with definite signs and symptoms of nervous system localization, diagnosis of AIS, ability to start the study drug within 72hours after stroke onset, a National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score between 4 and 24, Without intravenous thrombolysis or intravascular therapy, Head CT ruled out cerebral hemorrhage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DWI showed no acute cerebral infarction; Cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months; Severe shock and failure to respond to pressor dilatation therapy; Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; Patients with malignant tumors; Other combined medical history that may affect the determination of endpoint events and follow-up, such as history of traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, encephalitis, tumors, poisoning, syphilis, etc. Patients with MRI contraindications or non-cooperation; Refused to sign the informed consent.
