18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years of age or older. (2) Fulfillment of sepsis 3 criteria: presence of infection, combined SOFA score = 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have received antibiotics within 72 hours prior to admission; (2) Sepsis has occurred in the last 1 month; (3) Diagnosis of sepsis more than 6 h before transfer to ICU. (4) Pregnancy or lactation. (5) Patients with end-stage diseases; (6) Discharged or died within 24h of ICU admission; (7) Diseases such as hematologic or malignant tumors. (8) Combined severe chronic diseases or those with immunodeficiency. (9) Those who have received immunotherapy or long-term immunosuppressants before ICU admission.
