18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. ASA Grading I-III; 3. The patient's BMI >= 40 kg/m2, BMI of 35-40 kg/m2 with related complications, BMI of 30-35 kg/m2 with type 2 diabetes and/or poorly controlled hypertension; 4. Patients who electively undergo laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the reverse Trendelenburg position; 5. Have a clear understanding and voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received other experimenters within 30 days before the study; 2. The patient has severe visual and hearing impairment, or is unable to communicate with the investigator for other reasons; 3. Presence of a history of heart failure pneumothorax, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and emphysema; 4. Unilateral or bilateral rScO2 <= 55% preoperatively; 5. Other reasons that the investigator considers unsuitable for this study.
