Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of scoliosis; ? 12 years old = age = 45 years old; ? Agree to participate in this study, accept the treatment of this project, sign the informed consent form and be able to cooperate with the follow-up; ? Be able to cooperate with the X-ray examination and perform the measurement of Cobb's angle and other related indexes; ? Patient's scoliosis segment is one of the three of thoracic, thoracolumbar and lumbar segments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) do not meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) scoliosis progressed to seriously affect the cardiopulmonary function, is not suitable for conservative treatment; (3) congenital scoliosis, spinal deformity, or spinal ministries combined with vertebral body slippage, tumors, tuberculosis, fractures and other diseases; (4) combined with rheumatism, neuromuscular disease, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease or renal disease; (5) received corrective surgery of spine; (6) suffering from skin-related diseases or skin damage can not be manipulation; (7) suffering from psychiatric disorders, or patients with poor clinical compliance; (8) did not comply with the required treatment, unable to determine the effectiveness of the efficacy of the treatment, or the data is incomplete to affect the efficacy of the judgment.
