18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgical valve operations; ? Cardiac function NYHA classification II/III; ? Able to understand and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age less than 18 years old; (ii) Received the same respiratory training or rehabilitation within 8 weeks; (iii) Preoperative comorbidities of infective endocarditis or aortic coarctation and need for mechanical circulatory support (extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation, aortic balloon counterpulsation, ventricular assist device); ? Participation in other clinical trials prior to enrolment that have not yet reached study endpoints; ? Expected survival < 6 months due to non-cardiac disease.
