50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: The macular edema of diabetes was confirmed with one or both eyes, and the central retinal thickness of 1: 1: The macula of the studied eye was more than 300 µ m.Best corrected visual acuity = 0.05 2: Stable blood sugar for more than 1 week 3: No fundus laser, medication injection, or intraocular surgery within the past three months 4: No previous history of parabulbar injection therapy within one month 5: Male or female, aged 50-75

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Merge other anterior segment and fundus diseases that affect treatment and outcome judgment 2: Other diseases that cause macular edema 3: Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or renal failure, unable to cooperate with the research plan for treatment and follow-up 4: It is expected that patients may need to undergo internal eye or systemic surgery within three months
